When Can You Request Support?
Return & Refund Policy
Each piece is made to order. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if we’ve sent an incorrect size or if the item arrives with a defect. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of delivery so we can help.
- Refunds are issued as store credit only.
- Sale items cannot be returned or refunded, unless you receive a damaged product or if we’ve sent an incorrect size.
- Non-sale items can be returned/exchanged within 3 days for a 1-year credit note.
- No cash refunds. Returns must be unused and in original packaging.
- Colours on screen and in person may differ slightly, but we ensure our visuals stay true to the actual product and we’re committed to delivering the best quality.

We typically process all orders within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
