When Can You Request Support?
If you receive the wrong item - size or defect - simply reach out to us on WhatsApp or email within 3 days of delivery. We’ll ensure you’re taken care of.
- Refunds are issued as store credit only.
- Sale items cannot be returned or refunded, unless you receive a damaged product or an incorrect size.
- Non-sale items can be returned/exchanged within 3 days for a 1-year credit note.
- No cash refunds. Returns must be unused and in original packaging.
- Colours on screen and in person may differ slightly, but we ensure our visuals stay true to the actual product and we’re committed to delivering the best quality.
Order Processing & Shipping
We typically process all orders within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
